Contracts Management
• Contract finalization with Client and further contract preparation with Sub-Cons. Realistic preparation of Project Schedules and timely delivery.
• Handle on-going issue and change management.
• Monitoring transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables, invoicing etc.)
• Overseeing Service Level Agreement Compliance.
• Ensuring contract close-out, extension or renewal.
Bidding and Project Management
• Preparation of Financial and technical proposals, Equipment Selection as per Specs, Compliance Documents and all technical requirements of the tender Specialist in security.
• Site Acceptance and Mobilization Depending upon the nature Preparation/Approval of Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, Change Scope & Additional Scope Approval and On Site Monitoring of Project Works.
