Make Packages for all Mechanical items and send it to suppliers.
Read and check specification for all mechanical items (HVAC, Plumbing,
Firefighting systems and special systems).
Make Comparison sheet for all Systems and select the best price with best
technical offer.
Start to make final discount.
Make submittal and send it to consultant Engineer and check with him to get
approved and coordinate with technical office.
Start to make purchase order.
Job Description & Responsibilities including:
Review tender documents, prepare queries to consultants/clients to confirm and
collect any missing data, prepare specification documents to submit to vendors for
quotations of cost/price of materials and equipment and evaluate same against
tender specifications and develop tender cost summaries including equipment,
materials and labor, and Quantity Survey.

Make Process Sheet for any drawing come from design.
Redraw details With Process sheet and write step of manufacturing.
Calculate the dimension of sheet before (forming-folding -cuttingpunching).
Select suitable machine to make process.
Calculate time of process.
Calculate the scrape.
Create process sheet on "S. A.P" then sent it to the factory to start working.
Job Description & Responsibilities including:
Calculate the flow rate of air and static pressure to make air change for
(assembly, engine rooms, restaurants, garages, bathrooms, storage areas).
Calculate the cooling load.
Ability to solve problems about (change static and change flow rate) for
fans.
Assembling fans and all accessories for central air condition.
