General Duties
• Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, Organizing, Leading and Controlling, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating.
• Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
• Establish metrics, key performance indicators, and service level agreements to continually improve the performance of all IT life cycles.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards, policies, and procedures according to ISO 20k and 27k
• Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action
• Manage external vendor relationships, contracts and service levels.
• Maintain smooth delivery across Service life cycle (Presales, Project Implementation and Operation)
IT Presales Duties
• Building a pipeline with the sales team for ICT solutions.
• Lead presales team for sales support including meeting with customer, solution design with sales team, and technical response for RFI, RFP.
• Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for customer and highlight ROI and VOI.
IT Project Implementation Duties
• Provides technical management and leadership to Professional Services Team.
• Define and enforce implementation best practices in order to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Provide input to support project planning activities. Produce work effort and resource estimations as required. Actively identify all challenges and blocking issues.
• Utilize project resources in an efficient manner, clearly communicate work assignments and due dates to team members, address conflict, and maintain a high level of morale.
IT Operation Duties
• Day-to-day 24x7 operations management and provide direct supervision to Technical Team
• Develop and maintain capacity and performance metrics to track overall infrastructure trends
• Establish and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLA) with internal and external customers and ensure the SLA standards are maintained.
• Enforce, maintain, and document compliance, maximum uptime and performance with all established standards
• Perform regular performance and security testing.
