• Observing and keeping records of wedding status and changes
• Coordinate with the management and other head of departments at all times, and assist in carrying out special requirements and duties necessary in adding to the guest’s general comfort and well-being.
• Assessment of Post-Event Status report and obtaining necessary approvals.
• Evaluate current operational performance and provide strategic plan for improvements.
• Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in efficient timely manner.
• Analyzing function related data and concluding past statistics to evaluate future assumptions
• Schedule weekly staff meeting, and provide minutes and agenda for each weekly meeting.
