• Prepare and analyze monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial statements in addition to reports that forecast company’s business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses and earnings based on past, present and expected operations.
• Direct preparation of budgets, review budget proposals and prepare necessary supporting documentation and justifications.
• Oversee accounting functions related to financial reporting (IFRS & Audit compliance), be responsible for monthly closings, annual closings/ consolidation, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Develop, analyze and interpret statistical and accounting information and results of operations.
• Administer company finance policies and procedures to ensure compliance and elimination of existing violations.
• Responsible for costing of the factory’s Finished and semi-finished goods.
• Any other Ad-hoc tasks requested by CFO or Top Management.
• Assist in building the accounting system of the company.
• In charge of the company's accounts receivable management.
• Prepare the company's budget and business plan using the data gathered from all departments.
• Evaluate the proposed Projects using NPV, IRR and other Capital budgeting tools.
• Prepare the feasibility study of the projects to be applied to bank for Financing.
• Assist in the management of the finance team.
• Prepare any customized financial report as per the instructions of CFO nd top management.
Prepare the monthly cash flow report & the cash budget.
Reconcile the figures in the subsidiaries with the GL figures.
A member of ORACLE 'JDE' ERP implementation team: Communicate the requirements, test the features & options and follow up with the implementer to ease and smooth the implementation process.
Assist in the preparation of the quarterly financial statements and the monthly reports.
Ensure all entries deadlines and financial reporting deadlines are met.
Resolve accounting discrepancies and financial irregularities.
Assist in Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process.
Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of expenses.
Reconcile the figures in the subsidiaries with the GL figures.
Assist the financial controller in analyzing the periodic financial statements of the company and its sister companies to evaluate each company's liquidity, solvency, results of operation and financial position.
Preparing sub-contractors’ reports to check the progress, retention, advance payment recovery & balances. This task was added after I separated all subcontractors' accounts into three accounts (the progress account, the advance payment account and the retention account).
Suggested & supervised the process of scanning all financial documents.
Introduced new fixed assets depreciation and new provisions calculation formulas.
In charge of validating all payments before sending the payment vouchers for the management's approval.
Assist in the preparation of the Tax file and any requirement by the tax authority.
• Processing suppliers' invoices (Receiving, Recording, Analysis, reconciliation and Payment)
• Payroll accounting with the following tasks: a- Reviewing salary & wages sheets & calculations as well as labor & employees' settlement
claims to ensure that all benefits are added and all dues are deducted or added based on Qatar
labor law & the company's internal policies.
b- Preparing gratuity, Leave allowance & air tickets' provisions as a part of my Contribution to the company's financial statements.
c- Comparing the GL payroll accounts figures to the payroll module figures to make sure that
all entries hit in the right accounts.
• Responsible for the implementation of "SUMMIT" ERP (finance modules) with the following tasks: a- Mapping the subsidiary ledgers' items & connecting them to the correspondent general
ledger accounts.
b- Entry of all financial transactions into the new software.
c- Communicating with the cost control department regarding the budgeted and actual costs.
• Cash and check collection, issuance and entry of receipt vouchers.
• Inventory control: by monitoring the warehouses transactions, updating the records and comparing
balances.
• Fixed asset control: by updating the records, making additions, disposals and depreciation entries.
• Solving the employees' accounts' problems.
• Bank Accounts reconciliation and treasury tasks.
• In addition to any task assigned to me by my direct managers or top management.
* Conducting marketing research to update the company's data base through manual and computerized data collection and processing.
* Preparing some reports to evaluate the performance efficiency of the marketing department.

The part covered the following topics: A-Financial statements Analysis, B-Corporate Finance, C- Decision Analysis and Risk Management D- Investment Decisions and E-Professional Ethics. and by passing part 1 exam (Aug.2012), I became certified at financial planning, performance and control by IMA, USA. The part covered the following topics: A-Budgeting, B- Performance Management, C- Cost Management D- Internal Controls and E-Professional Ethics. Note: the score of part 1 is 76% and part 2 is 78% and both were passed self study.
