I supervised all inbound and outbound deliveries and receive all mission supplies arriving in west region.
Represented the focal point for all the correspondences between west region HUB and other HUBS.
Supervised and conducted physical inspection and quality control of mission UNITED NATIONS property to ensure that all items are accounted for and in serviceable conditions. Identified anomalies and/ or discrepancies and the details thereof or
any other reasons for rejection and record in damage discrepancy reports.
Placed the materials received in the system (SAP) and identified the appropriate storage section and type.
Initiated and supervised the inventory cycles activities in daily basis with proper follow up of the bin cards status to ensure that discrepancy between physical and system quantity does not occur. Acted as Supervisor of the Supply Chain Management
Service Warehouse Front Desk in West Sector; responded to clients and checked if the services are satisfactorily provided.

Business Objects reporting tools and SAP;
Conduct accurate inventory performance analysis using the following metrics: service levels, comparative forecast calculations, unusual usage, safety/contingency stock calculator, minimum/maximum analysis, excess inventory analysis, ranking (ABC) analysis;
Manage analysis and performance monitoring of the effectiveness and execution of asset control procedures in the warehouse;
Ensure accountability and proper tracking mechanisms to meet the expected organizational standards and goals;
Identify and implement solutions to problematic areas of the asset control process and oversee that an effective support organization for the asset control system and the control of UN property is sustained;
Verify the accuracy of the data recorded/updated in the assets control system;
Monitor and verify accuracy of inventory data captured in the Inventory Management System.

Movement Control Assistant at United Nations Interim Security Force for Abyei

- I accept, register and process correctly complied Movement of Personnel (MOP) and Cargo Movement Request (CMR) and forward to Air /Road/Sea Movcon cell for movement planning
- I review passengers and cargo load planning lists and air pax manifests and submit to Movcon Officer for verification/approval.
- I fore cast aircraft availability, arrival and departure.
- I coordinate the loading and unloading of passengers and cargo on UN contracted aircraft.

I assist with the movement of contingent military personnel and cargo on UN or contracted assets into, within and out of Mission area.
Also I receive, register and inspect all incoming cargo.
As experienced I properly pack, mark and weigh outgoing cargo. Process outgoing cargo by approved Cargo Movement Request (CMR).

I accept/verify and register correctly CMR and liaise with Movcon cargo unit for movement planning


I keep the Chief of Movcon informed of any movement changes or delays that may affect planned operations.
