• Monitoring of Billing and Collection.
• Reports regarding Revenue, Collection, Bad Debts and Defaulters
• Proper monitoring of timely delivery of bills from BCCs to respective GPO’s./Couriers
• Ensure that the adjustments have been properly categorized and enquire about reasons of high adjustments in various heads
• Ensure compliance with reporting deadlines (reporting to regional office, H/Qs, Zonal Office and Nominal Ledger A/Cs).
• Ensure that the accounting information and MIS to Headquarters, Zonal Office and office of Nominal Ledger A/Cs Lahore are in conformity with the records.
• Ensure that the billing summaries of all exchanges have been analyzed and are in conformity with the previous trends w.r.t tariff and charges.
• Ensure compliance with credit monitoring policy.
• Ensure that the revenue officers have taken all possible measures for the collection of the said amounts.

• Preparation of Monthly Accounts of the Company.
• Monitoring of Accounts Receivable & Payables.
• Monitoring of Disbursements to creditors.
• Reconciliation’s with Debtors & Creditors.
• Supervision of Process Costing.
• Comparison of Actual Results with Budgeted Targets.
• Monitoring the accuracy of books of accounts (Computerized).
• Deal with Auditor / Consultant for audit and tax matters of the company.

• To perform all functions of finance department, i.e. arrange & utilization of financial resources for medium and long term requirement, dealing with banks, leasing companies, monitoring receivables, Reconciliation with Indus Motors Company Ltd, Sub offices & dealers of Toyota Motors.
• To monitor the accuracy of trial balance for preparation of financial statements of the company.
• Preparation of Monthly financial statement for comparison with budget to achieve the budgeted results of the year.
• To Performing variance analysis on various activities i.e. Revenue, Expenses.
• To prepare monthly cash flow statement & analyze the changes in working capital requirements.
• To ensure the payment receipt before delivery of vehicles.

• Perform all the functions of Finance department, i.e. arrange & utilization of company financial resources, deal with banks, and other govt. agencies.
• Monitor the accuracy of trial balance & prepare the financial statements of the company on periodical basis.
• Deals with collect orate of Sales tax for refund.
• Prepare the statement of cost of production of the work orders.
• Prepare the variance analysis on budgeted basis for improve the cost management.
• Monitor the petty cash of the organization.
• To Monitor the preparation & disbursement of payroll wages to the operators

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and payroll etc.
• To monitor the accuracy of voucher & maintain books of accounts.
• Perform variance analysis on budgeted basis of sales and expenses.
• Performing functions on computerized accounting system.
• To monitor the monthly outstanding (Aging), Reconciliation with IMC, sub offices and dealers of Toyota Faisalabad Motors.
