-Technical evaluation and finalization of contracts related to major improvements, projects, services and major contract out jobs such as plant clean down, purchase of new facilities etc

-Expertise in MOC (Management of Change) procedures implementation for plant improvement modifications and related large scale projects.

-Development of Scope of work (SOW), EPC contract development and finalization for projects of small, medium and large scale

-Lead Engineer: Greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions monitoring, abatement and reporting as per approved guidelines by UNFCCC (United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change). Expert in CDM (Clean Development Mechanism). Average annual reductions of greenhouse gas from plants under supervision are around 1.2 Million Met CO2e.

-PSRM, development and revision of PSI (Process Safety Information) package, leading role in Hazard Area classification, PHA studies of plants

-Provide engineering / technical support to plant operations with initiatives to improve safety, process optimization, control hazardous emissions, and clean the environment and loss prevention techniques to improve plant economics.

-Operation and efficiency monitoring of
- Heat recovery Steam generators (Cogen Power plant)
- Axial / Centrifugal compressors of 7 MW capacities each,
- AEG Kanis (Siemens) condensing Steam turbines of 8MW capacity, lube oil, control oil circuits
- Expansion turbines of 3.5 MW capacity
- 63 meter tall NOx absorption towers fitted with 73 sieve trays each
- 250 tph superheated steam generation capacity boilers coolers, pumps

-Pt/Rh, De-NOx and De-N2O catalyst efficiency monitoring and optimization

-Leading role in procedures development and job execution for chemical cleaning of Catacarb Reboilers and Waste Heat Boiler at Ammonia Plant., Lamont Boilers boil out at Nitric Acid Plants etc.
