Check, identify & solve the daily accounting, administration (Department of Economics, Department of Labor, Road and transport Authority, Immigration, Dubai Customs, Dubai Port and Dubai Police) & cash flow issues with the coordination of higher management level.
Prepare monthly high level management report-(IFRS)
Preparing annual company budget with the help of future economic growth and market trend; Budget allocation and breakdown for each department; Monthly budget review and make changes according to the fluctuation in the country economically; analytical reporting
Project Management - creating exceptional reporting/reconciliation process (trading systems and GL).
Supervising - Yearly & Monthly accounts closing process up to finalization.
Calculating financials ratio analysis
Sorting out the daily banking issues with the relationship manager and negotiating and arranging finances through financial institutions according to the business needs and requirement.
