Quality Assurance / Energy Conservation
• Monitoring adherence to Quality Standards and maintaining the related documents for the same.
• Identifying assignable and chronic causes by the use of latest analysis techniques for eliminating wastage while enhancing plant efficiency and productivity.
• Implementing TPM techniques for energy conservation, entailing identification of opportunities, analysis of data, conduction of tests, cost benefit analysis, implementation & post audits.
• Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget.
Man Management
• Directing, leading & motivating workforce involving designers, suppliers, contractors and imparting continuous on job training for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness/ efficiency.
• Working on succession planning of the workforce, shift management activities, appraising the member's performance & providing feedback
Business Responsibilities: • Preparation of Business plan \[ Annual Budget estimation, Capital Expenditure, Major replacement\].

Is a Global company having setup of 8000 CR fully Integrated Polyester Plant with installed Capacity of 1700 TPD in collaboration with E.I.Dupont U.S.A. and Zimmer, Germany for its CP (Continuous Polymerisation), POY (Partially Oriented Yarn) with Barmag Germany & PSF (Polyester Staple Fiber) with Toyobo Japan.
Including 51MW power plant and Coal fired Heaters for Dow and Sentotherm heating.
Responsible for New projects and upgradation of existing machine, day to day maintenance, planning and scheduling & effective maintenance of Zimmer, Germany make Continuous Polymerisation Plant having capacity of 480TPD and 450TPD (total 5 CP 2nos Zimmer and 3 nos Dupont having TPD1700);Autefa Germany make Complete auto packing system;Trane Chiller having total capacity of (1250 x 4 TR);IR make Centec compressors (8330x 3 Nm3) .
