Responsibilities include the planning and execution of all construction activities, forecasting the budged requirement, material requirement, procurement of materials, contract preparation for l sub contractors,
monitoring of all the operations regarding the targets and assignments.
Worked as Assistant director/Assistant resident Engineer (ARE) in Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) DIAMER BASHA DAM PROJECT CHILLAS Gilgit Baltistan (G.B) PAKISTAN. From Aug 2011 to April 2013
During my tenure of work I was a part of supervision and construction team of Chief Engineer (construction ) Diamer Basha Dam project WAPDA. My responsibility was to deal 3 different contract packages comprising PUBLIC BUILDINGS, HOSPITAL, SCHOOLS, MOSQUES , GUEST HOUSE, REST HOUSE Etc. Also supervised the construction of Retaining walls, culverts and Flood protection works.
Project Description
•Total contract cost is 750 million Pak rupees
25 Frame Structure Buildings
Salient feature of these buildings is all are social
service / community buildings, i.e. schools,
hospital, shopping centre, guest house .
Major Responsibilities
Ensuring the proper quality of work at site
(quality control / quality assurance)
Coordinating with Project Director to verify the
executed work and in all other administrative
matters.
Checking and verification of all completed
works.
• Coordination with consultants for proper
designing of all ongoing works, meetings and
discussion about design review required as per
site.
• Verification of IPC’s and preparation of VO’s,
Estimates.
3. Worked as a Site Engineer from 15 JULY 2009 to
20 JULY 2011 with Capital Builders
Project Description
Total contract cost is 180 million Pk rupees.
Army Burn Hall College building.
Including multi storey buildings (03 parts) based on
seismic design.
Major Responsibilities
• Preparing Bar Bending Schedule, calculating
quantities of various materials.
• Planning and Site Execution.
• Ensuring the proper quality of work at site.
• Work execution according to drawings and
specifications
• Testing of materials and quality assurance as per
specifications required
