Adjust the system settings to ease the access to RJ inventory and Reservation system
Conduct testing with other partners, one world members, and also the GDSs.
Follow, Escalate, Test, Enhance and Circulate all new system products which ease the work process with Host System Administrators and End Users in general.
End User Maintenance:
Follow up new station, sales offices which is new opened worldwide.
Create the Office ID based on IATA & RJ rules, and prepare the Office ID settings and parameters based on type of office and its authorities.
Responsible to deliver the access details based on secure connection with all RJ staff worldwide.
Control and follow the type of access that each user need in reference to his job duties and responsibilities.
Controlling the Transaction Security, Open and Close the functionalities based on User Groups and Duty Codes logic for the end users.
Create & update the User Groups in reference to the job needs and the security issues.
End User Support:
Receiving RJ staff calls in case of system failure or an error occurred at time of transaction.
Identify the error origin and fix it.
Documenting the case and the solution and keep it in the library
Solving new Issues: by setup new workaround, reviewing the current setup and modify it, or solving the problem of integrity/ consistency of data and information.
Escalate the unsolved problem in reference to the urgency to the correct section and follow it up.
Schedule Publication Officer:
Manage schedule Manual & Auto-loading.
Analyze schedule publication flight status.
Audit RJ schedule distribution and resolve rejects.
Manage Aircraft configuration tables and seatmaps.
Coordinate with Operations re aircraft changes, Flight Movements and Coordinate with Fleet Network & Schedule Planning departments re schedule changes.
Coordinate with Revenue Management on inventory optimisation
Receiving Customer Phone Calls and answer their General queries about RJ.
Make full Reservation and Ticketing for the new bookings.
Make Change Reservation and Penalties differences for a changed reservation.
Handle Frequent Flyers requests.
Solving Passengers issues.
Handing Internet Bookings issues and solves it.
- Receiving the employee Certificate on web-based application.
- Collect all the document supported for this employee and audit it with the certificate information.
- Contact the issuing university or company by Mail, E-mail, Phone or Fax to authenticate the certificate and follow it up to get the response back in the nearest time we can (before the limit 30Days for each one)
- Receiving the official confirmation from the issuing authority, authenticate it and translate the confirmation to English Language.
- Send the all the confirmation document to Ministry of Labor of UAE.
