• As a Pediatric Coordinator/Medical Secretary, I provide support to the doctors I work for in terms of administration. My responsibilities include:
• Ensuring enquiries from patients and keep records up to date.
• Helping doctors in making CPG guidelines and manuals and Scope of services.
• Good knowledge of pediatric Service practices. Helping the doctors on proper documentations-rejected insurance claims.
• Helping doctors in terms of HAAD notifications whichever is mandatory.
