Project Control Engineer:
- Preparing daily and monthly reports for project activities and send these reports
to the clients regularly.
- Preparing monthly invoices for the projects to get our company due payments.
- Preparing and auditing the expenses log and the payrolls.
- Responsible for project cash flow from start to end.
- Cost controller to track the actual costs against the periodic targets set out in the
budget.
Documents controller (Emails, Contracts, Official letters, Designs, Drawings and
all documents which related to the project).
- Follow up all project issues by emails and conference calls with our staff and
clients.
- Follow up the procurement process for all equipment and materials,
communication with vendors, selecting the best vendors, supervising the payments
to the vendors, communicating with the transportation company with making sure
that all required documents for the supplies are in place, notarized (if required) and
all other matters related to this subject.
● Document controller:
- Maintaining a tracking facility to enable documents to be updated easily.
- Scanning in all relevant new documents.
- Checking dispatch documents are accurate.
- Presentation and filing of documents and drawings.
- Responsible for maintaining hard copy information.
- Issuing and distributing controlled copies of information.
- Provide advice on procedures of issue and methods in accessing the system.
- Ensuring all documents are as up to date as possible within electronic filing
systems.
● Pre- Sales Engineer (Generators, Transformers, CCTV, Fire
Alarm systems):
- Work with regional sales managers to provide pre/post-sales support - Work with
the sales team to design, proposals, and close new deals/opportunities with
customers.
- Prepare products presentation, manual and present the company products to
clients.
- Meet the clients for gathering their current requirements.
- Understand the market trend for better sales.
- Reading tender/design specifications / technical drawings and preparing design
construction documents and material submittals for client approval.
- Preparing offers according to the received bill of quantity and according to
clients requirements.
- Support the sales staff in achieving the targets and Ensured that the sales targets
are achieved for the month.
- Develop pre-sales processes.
● AutoCAD Drafter:
- Design plans using computer-aided design and drafting (CAD) software
- Work from rough sketches and specifications under minimal supervision
- Create drawings and models from rough sketches, written and verbal specifications
obtained from Project Engineer.
- Work with Engineers regarding model accuracy, design, drafting standards and design
documentation.
- Participate in project meetings and conference calls as required.
