1) CANEX Aluminum A large aluminum extrusion plant in 6th of October City.
A 3 months project (Feb - May, 2016) that covered:
• Created and conducted an employee satisfaction survey & provided analytics for the results
• Conducted a communication forum with all operations teams & top management
• Established the Hierarchy concept with hourly manpower (Blue Collars) to embed the concept of process in their activities and inquiries
• Improved some personnel & employee related relations process
• Presented draft of proper contractual document
• Reported some Labor Law & Social Insurance Law misaligned practices
• Re-built rapport between the manpower and the HR department
• Established external recruitment channels for Mass Recruitment of hourly manpower, due to lack of recruitment team
