crux of our clients’ needs, creating water-tight project plans and ensuring exemplary delivery on time and within budget. Also in charge of ensuring compliance with applicable policies and all legal or regulatory requirements.

Duties
Complement the activities of direct manager
Ensuring the adoption of best practice project management tools, processes and techniques
Identifying and quantifying external risks affecting the project implementation
Drawing up detailed plans of how to achieve each stage of a project
Preparing status reports for use in communication to stakeholders
Ensuring that each stage of the project is progressing to schedule
Maintaining accurate program information to enable accurate records of contract history to be accessed
Communicating project direction to the clients, colleagues, partners and suppliers
Achieving project sales target and profit target
Invoice initiation and monitoring
Reviewing the sites designs with RF department manager in order to deliver the RF plans to customer without any comments
* Liaise with clients for project documentations and work orders
* Attend meetings with clients to reporting project progress and milestones
* Manage day to day project activities
* Resource manpower and equipment if needed
* Status reporting progress and risks to PM
* Participate as required and agree with direct manager in process improvement
* Work according to strategies and policies

* Supervising the project team through performing tasks until the project is finalized
* Ensuring that the project is delivered to meet customer’s quality standard and correct requirements
* Leading construction project's team and facilitating the communication and interaction among the functional representative, internally and externally
* Tracking project against its schedule, budget and against phase review objectives, reporting status to section head and account managers on a regular basis
* Checking up the project design submitted form the designers
