My main responsibilities:
Focus on opening new markets and gain new accounts to achieve Monthly & yearly Target.
Report to KSA Director of operation on Daily, Weekly & Monthly bases using an internal Business Review file to track review my KPIs acheivment.
Maintain Sustainable Relationship with our Existing key customers.
Provide Training Courses to our current customers.
Follow up & Solve any payment issues for credit customers.
Provide Full services to our customers. (Reports, Audits, Global Check, iMap Reports)
Prepare a Yearly Forecast for the stock (Updated Monthly)
Prepare Budget Plan for my target each year (Updated Monthly)
To prepare presentations & Proposals for our prospect customers to show them why they need to choose Diversey.
Preparation of Seminars for our Key Customers to provide them knowledge, Training or just to get more deep relations with customers.
Planning my marketing strategy when launching or proposing new products to our customers by using the 4 Ps (Product, Promotion, place & Price).
Arranging Demos or trials for our Products to show the customers practically our products efficiency.
Lead & Monitor a team of technicians to maintain regular visits to our Key Customers for Preventative maintenance to avoid any breakdowns in our equipments.
Worked as BlackBerry Expert to provide trainings, Advertising materials and on Field Support to the key Customers.

Jarir Bookstores, Axiom Telecom, Speed Dial, Al Haddad Telecom, Mobily, STC.
My main responsibilities:
1- Provide Training Sessions for Key Customers in Jeddah.
2- Focus on Advertising & Marketing chances in the Market.
3- Market Intelligence by collecting data from customers & consumers about the Black Berry products & Competitors products.
4- To focus on competitors in the market for any new activities, events or offers.
5- Prepare SWOT Analysis for the competitors’ activities.
6- Prepare Events for new products launching.
