• External Audit :
The external audit assignments (both statutory and contractual) are conducted in Tunisia fully and officially according to the International Standards on Auditing (ISAs). Moreover, during The 6 years of experience, the main tasks (with details in PDF CV) were provided in conformity with Moore Stephens quality requirements, in majority for multinationals’ subsidiaries and local big companies (up to 3 Billion euros of total assets):
• Internal Audit :
The verification of the internal control efficiency is mandatory in Tunisia for each statutory audit assignment as well as the preparation of the management letter concluding on this verification. In a multinational transparent environment, the weaknesses revealed by the legal auditor are highly important as they exceed the internal controllers’ findings. The Interim assignments are closely followed by the engagement partner as they reflect the office members’ degree of proficiency. Subsequently.
• Advisory and due diligence :
The advisory and due diligence services were provided to demanding non-resident clients (companies, individuals, other advisors…) based on their close relations with the office’s advisors and trust in the office’s services meeting always their urgent requirements and leading to their satisfaction.
In advisory, I'm considered as an expert in international taxation, Groups international transactions, direct and indirect local taxes.
• Accounting Compliance and Reporting :
Mastering all the accounting tasks until the preparation of the financial statements in many fields (Oil & Gas, financial, manufacturing, Trade…);
• Office Management :
Different tasks related to the office management and to relations with network (Moore Stephens) and clients.
Studies of CPA during 2years (2006-2007) . The Tunisian CPA (Certificat d'Études Supérieures de Révision Comptable) was obtained in January 2014.
