Handle all GCS cases, follow up and close all requests.
Attending customer’s inquiry by fulfilling their requirements, solve their problems, follow up their cases and update them.

Respond to all customers enquiries to improve their customer service experience.
Provide excellent customer service for customers as per Aramex CS standards
Facilitate the flow of information horizontally and vertically

Support to solve the bad address shipments if needed

Follow up on domestic and express outstanding shipments for cash if needed
Ensure customer satisfaction to retain customer
• Review applications for admissions to LAU and correspond with applicants for any missing required documents.
• Provide feedback to applicants about the status of their application.
• Assist in the orientation programs/campus tour to new students.
• Assist in various office administrative work and computer support
• Proctor exams and correct students’ assignments
• Assist Instructors with various duties of class management
• Provide clerical support for material to be distributed in class
• Register attendance and student grades in the system
