· FROM 15/10/2001 TILL NOW: Senior Mechanical Engineer in HORSE FOR ENGINEERING WORKS COMPANY . One of the biggest companies in EGYPT specialized in the design &construction of Waste water treatment plants& Pumping stations &Potable water plants with a capital exceeds 1.5 billion L.E. with the following responsibilties :

a- From 15/10/2001 till 11/9/2002 Procurment Engineer.
1. Responsible for communicating with foreign&local suppliers to get the best technical and economic offers for tenders.
2. Responsible for giving the order of confirmation to open the
Letter of credit .
3. Responsible for checking the certificates of origin &test
Certificate for equipment purchased .

b- From 11/9/2002 till now Senior Mechanical Engineer.
1. Responsible for preparing the technical mechanical offers for
Sewage pumping stations&Water treatment plants&Desalination Plants (R.O system).
2. Responsible for reviewing the drawings for making the Bill Of
Material (B.O.M) for the stations including all the mechanical equipment, pumps, valves, piping system, generating units….
3. Responsible for analyzing the water hammer phenomena for pipe lines and networks by using HAMMER v8i software by Bentley and Designing out the suitable solution for Anti-hammering.

1. Supervising the installation of pipes and pipe supports at site.
2. Supervising the punch list and pressure tests program.
3. Solving piping problems (site modifications).
4. Reinstatement and preparation for pre-commissioning.

1. Supervising all piping work (total piping net work 250, 000 Dia).
2. Plumping system for polyethylene plant.
3. Coordination with client for filed inspection of the above work item, including preparation of field inspection reports.

1. Assembly and erection of flare Stack (75Mt)
2. Assembly and installation of air fin coolers, 12 nos., each consisting of support structure, plenum, bundle and drive unit.
3. Fabrication & installation and insulation of Air conditioning duct system (HVAC) including Equipment settings (A/c Unit (package), Blower/ filter) and piping work.
4. Coordination with client for field inspection of the above work item, including preparation of field inspection reports.
