* Working in Biotechnology laboratory in faculty of science - Cairo Uni. as a research assistant with the following duties:
- Help undergraduate & master students performing different molecular and microbiology experiments using available LAB resources as (Spectrophotometer,
Centrifuge, Gel-electrophoresis, Sonicator, & different chemicals, etc...)
- Responsible for operating & maintenance of scientific equipment in the laboratory.
* February 2012 - until now
Working with NTA (National Travel Associates) as a special operations agent with the following duties:
- Doing online hotel reservation using a wholesaler websites.
- Handling the customer special requests for the reservation as (changing reservations
dates, room types, hotels etc...)
- Database entry.
* September 2008 - September 2010
Worked in computer laboratory in faculty of science - Cairo Uni. with following duties:
- Computer maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Network installation and connect LAB with main Cairo Uni. server.
- Installing different educational programs.
- Assisting doctors and trainees using different computer programs during lectures.
BSc. in Agricultural Biotechnology from Cairo University.
