In charge of warehouse, material planning (Spare Parts), forecasting and allocation.
Leading a team of Supervisors for the delivery of materials and supplies to all the desired destinations upon schedule and or request.
Monitor processing of receiving reports on all shipments received through the warehouse including preparation and issuance of delivery documents.
Responsible for maintain records of supplies & materials entering and leaving the warehouse.
Responsible for plan, develop and implement warehouse safety and security programs.
Leading a team for plan and direct the inventory and stock control programs. Maintain the inventory of supplies and coordinate the replacement and ordering of such. Complete low stock report forms. Based on consumption history and issuance track record and demand forecast to estimate peak delivery periods and issue work assignments.
Responsible for reducing value of excess and maintain expiry or obsolete items of records for all the products.
Responsible for planning, forecasting, budgeting, analyzing and taking approvals for procurement.
Plan for upcoming goods, preventive measures and stock control.
Keep stock levels and restore stock when needed.
