Review and Implement the Contractor project quality plan, the quality control procedures, Method Statement and ITP. Also, prepare Project quality plan for the company as per the instruction of higher management.
•Prepare / Present / Review company’s SH&E Plan, Evacuation Plan, Project Safety Review.
•Initiate action in preventing the non-occurrence of any Non- Conformance work (NCR) and review the corrective actions recommended before closing any Non- Conformance report.
•Direct & manage the contractor QA/QC inspection team to carry out the day to day construction inspection activities. And also assist the Project Manager & Construction Manager in overseeing the construction activities and progress, Planning, implementation, and monitoring work schedules in accordance with the master and detailed work programmers.
•Inspect all the Civil & Structural works, Architectural, Infrastructure works, Material Inspection (MIR) to ensure that it is according to Project Specification, Design, Shop drawing and tolerances are followed. Also to witness of Laboratory tests & Calibration of Equipment.
•Concept Development, Modeling, Performing Structural Analysis & Design Calculations on RCC structures as per Project Specifications using Applicable Codes and Standards such as IBC, ACI, PCA, BS, IS, etc. Leading Cad Operators in the preparation of design detail drawings.
•Responsible for preparation Structural design report for the RCC structure showing the American standards /Indian Standard codes of practice. Also, review the Structural shop drawings done by the draftsman and ensure its accuracy and provide necessary guidance.
•Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to building works, ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards are maintained, site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time.
•Review/correction of “As-Built” drawings submitted by the contractor.
•Preparation of Punch-list & Checklist of the project during final project handover.
•Ensuring the quality system documentation of projects and its maintenance in accordance with the ISO 9001:2008 International standards, company & client standards
