Engineering and Design
To Scrutinize the Contract Design Drawings & Specification, then to raise Clarification Request to consultants in order to understand their design requirements thoroughly, which will help us timely approval of both shop drawings and Material Submittals.
Prepare and Review Shop drawings, Material submissions & Technical design calculations as per the requirement in Contract drawings, BOQ & Technical specification and get approval from the Consultants and Statutory authorities.
LV System Equipment and Component Sizing: Sizing Transformer, Bus duct, Breaker, PFC, VFD and starters, Cable, Battery panel and UPS.
Load Schedule prepation and load Estimation at different operating conditions.
Engineering calculations: Lux Level Calculation using Dialux, Short circuit, load flow and Co-ordination study by using ETAP and SIMARIS software, Voltage drop calculation by using excel spread sheet.
Comparison Studies based on suppliers Quotations.
Delegating Draftsmen for quantity take offs, cross checking quantities.
Co-ordination with internal other services Engineering Teams:-to collect load requirement details for the effective design of the LV network feeding their services.
Co-ordination with Panel board Manufacturer for Correct and timely cost effective production of panel by providing engineering data accordingly.
Making Pre-Qualification documents, both standards as well project specific questionnaires.
Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of product.
Carry out technical assignment for material and equipment’s being procured to the company.
Installation supervision
Transformer, MDB, SMDB, DB, DC Back up Panels, UPS panels and Bus Duct, and LV Containment in Substations.
MCC panels, Drives, Equipments and LV Containment installation in plant rooms.
Complete, Facade lighting, Landscaping lighting and indoor lighting, General power and Emergency Lighting system installation.
Low Current system installation-BMS, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Tele/data, Access Control System, WMS, PA, AV System.
Effectively Managing material and manpower for Timely completion
Preparation of material requirement list and managing material movement to site from central stores.
Organizing meeting with consultants and suppliers for special systems installation.
Coordination with other services for proper installation.
Coordination with consultants and clients for inspection and Approval.
Preparation of as-built drawings and load schedules.
Testing and Commissioning supervision
Leading a team of testing Engineers and technicians.
Day to day SAT testing planning and arranging resources for conducting tests.
Preparation of data schedule required for Final commissioning.
Coordination with consultants and clients for SAT testing witness.
Managing Testing and commissioning records approval by consultants.
Final system handover.

It is a 4 year Engineer Course. It covers both mainly Electrical Engineering and basic electronic Engineering. Electrical Engineering Subjects are : Circuit theory, electrical machines,Power system analysis,instrumentation and control systems.
