1. Payroll-Complete salary preparation of Employees at manager level and Labours, enclosure and disclosure to be forwarded for accounting and auditing with respective division managers.
2. Leave entitlement and settlement of employees.
3. Managing the company assets with exact co-ordination and follow up with different department heads.
4. Managing the deductions and bonus instructions.
5. Uploading of employee daily time sheets from daily attendance system called KEYSCAN.
6. Performing Exact Vacation and resumption categories for different categories of employees
7. Continuous communication with Accounts department for exact resolution of every employee
8. Time to time Visa renewal and New visa processing.
9. Co-ordination with the PRO and the Immigration department for the Employee Visa issuance.
10. Sponsorship changes for hiring new and skilled employees for development of the organization.
11. Continuous evaluation of the employees skills for their further benefits
12. Scheduled payments for every possible visa renewal, ticket booking, leave settlement.
13. preparing Local purchase order (LPO) for different categories eg: ticket booking, Vacation settlement, Employee benefits etc;
14. Managing the duty joining forms and leave application for approximately 1500 employees.
15. Issuing certificates for bank loans, experience Certificate, salary certificate.
16. Organizing both bachelor and family accommodation by coordinating with the accommodation in charge.
17. Instructing Driving school institutions for preparing drives license for light weight, heavy weight, ready-mix mixer drivers etc: 18. Managing Salary increment according to employee evaluation and the company policies.
19. Preparing Internal Memorandum for passing information for general staff and particular staff approved by the general manager.
20. Time attendance system maintenance (key scan) by preparing the access card and card holder information.
21. To make sure of the employee and company assets insurance.
22. Filing a Hard copy of each employee including a scanned soft copy in the database management system.
23. Flexible to work with any HR centralized management systems.
24. Support and Instruct accounts and finance department for the daily financial transactions.
