• Receiving, moving, checking and storing incoming goods.
• Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type, and also acceptable quality.
• Packaging and labeling products before they are dispatched.

o Handle telephone calls and help computer users facing problems
o Supervise the operation of computer hardware systems
o To be able to record information such as the time computer was operated, problems or issues that took place and the immediate steps taken.

Assembling pc and installations of operating systems
Configuration, installation and Troubleshooting Windows XP/Vista
Handle and troubleshoot operating system installations, software installations such as MS Office, Anti-virus software.
Installations of devices and drivers.
Software packages installation.
