 Worked as Plant Operator (Operations & Commissioning operator) with during commissioning, start up & operations phase at OGDCL Qadirpur Pakistan, Natural Gas Treatment Plant, Capacity enhancement activities of Qadirpur gas processing plant started in Jan. 2003. I took part an active process representative in the erection, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities with UOP experts. The new plant taken from UOP used modern pre-treatment technology.
 Each Unit has the following Features:
 A gathering system of slug catcher to collect fluids from the well side.
 Two gas turbines of 10MW each used for driving 4 stages Permeate Compressors (Nouvo Pig none) equipped with modern PLC control system (Suvimac II)
 Natural Gas Dehydration through Tri Ethylene Glycol (TEG).
 Condensate stabilization production of 1200 barrels/day.
 Instrument air compressor, power generators with capacity 824 kw of each.
 Refrigeration package with chilling capacity of 14.2MMBTU/Hr.
High Speed & Pressure Reciprocating Compressor, Gas Engine 1680 HP/1348 kW (Waukesha, VHP Series Four, 12 Cylinders), Separators / Scrubbers, Heat Exchangers (Radiators / Fin fan Coolers) Having Flow / Pressure of 600 MMSCFD / 1200 Psig.
