Liaison with the Client, Consultant, Designers, Planners, QA/QC and general workforce involved in the project. Review Design and attend Technical & Progress meetings with project team and vendors. Prepare work schedules, day-to-day management of site, material procurement and keenly monitor the site manpower, works and progress. Ensure all services lies with in builder’s work & execute complete work from inception phase to the commissioning / final handover by coordinating all services with each other, Structure and Architecture so as to comply with the contract requirements & budget. Overseeing HSE issues and ensure adhered with regulations.
