The Project was Construction of main roads about 7km inside the periphery of Allama iqbal industrial estate along with construction of two main gates and boundary wall 24km along the periphery of Alama iqbal industrial estate.
As project Manager,
1.Manage the whole team for all kind of construction activities.
2.Coordinates with Consultant and Client for daily site activities.
3.Manage the Material and construction activities at site.
4.Lead the team of Quality, Safety and Construction at site.
The project has been designed to make sustainable and increase the capacity of water supply components in Punjab province under PMDFC. There are ten cities selected initially i-e Pind Daden Khan, Chakwal, Sillanwali, Bhalwal, Mailis, Gujjar Khan, Vehari, Liaqat pur, Kasur and Mustafaabad
The project comprises the revamping of DHQ Mianwali which is the part of all existing 48 DHQs and THQs of Punjab under the supervision of IDAP /PMU.
Scope of work is changing all existing dado or old tiles to new, replacing of all electrical wiring, providing CCTV camera, revamping of all existing MEP utilities, providing False Ceiling etc.
Main responsibilities include:
-Prepare Estimation for various items for site and manage the purchasing bulk quantity of materials.
-Coordinate with Site Managers for purchasing of various items.
-Prepare rate analysis for various items for tendering as per PWD, standards.
-Fill rates for various BOQ items for MES standards and prepare analysis where required.
-Receive and reply to clients for different contractual matters
