PRINCIPAL ACCOUTABILITIES Amongst my responsibilities, but are not limited to the following:
• Dual reports to the Exploration VP & Drilling Manager • Implement and monitor the application of the Drilling Contractor / Operator’s Bridging Document while ensuring relevant compliance. • Advising and supporting the Drilling Team in HSE matters to ensure all operations and activities are performed safely and in environmental friendly manner. • Providing proposals for initiatives to sustain commitment to HSE and assist line management efforts to maintain momentum in awareness promotion. • To monitor and follow up HSE strategic goals and objectives, management, program plans, HSE opened issues, evaluate and report performance against the plan. • To coordinate the development, execution and improvement of operational controls (procedures, work instruction, SOP & standards). • Tracking and reporting performance (e.g. Regulatory and internal-external Audit Results, performance to objectives and targets, etc.) of the HSE management system. • To coordinate the offshore and onshore workplace inspection to determine whether any machinery, plant, equipment, substance, appliance or process or any description of manual labour used in the place of work, is of such nature liable to cause bodily injury to any person or environmental impact at the workplace and for the purpose of checking the effectiveness and efficacy of any measures taken in compliance with HSE & E requirements • To involve in incident investigation to evaluate the occurrence of incidents, illnesses, dangerous occurrences, occupational poisonings/diseases and emergency responses, and to ensure that corrective and preventive actions / controls are implemented as well as to analyze the cases statistically. • Maintain contacts with external parties including PETRONAS regarding HSE, including government authorities, legislative bodies and industry groups to keep abreast of any gazettement of HSE legislation and other requirements in ensuring legal compliance. • Communicating the HSE Policy / job impact/HSE Awareness/operational controls to all employees, contractors, suppliers, vendors • Ensuring the employees’ training / competency for HSE is completed, updated and recorded; • Assist the Drilling Contractor with HSE reviews, daily safety tours, rig audits, identifying hazards and controlling risks in SIMOPS. • Assist and monitor the Contractor’s Waste Management Plan, Onshore Discharge Management Plan etc. • Member of Tender Committee for the Contracts up to USD 5M

o Responsible to SSHE Head, Drilling & Explorations and Drilling Manager for all SSHE matters o Coordination of all documentation required for HPHT drilling activities o Produce a campaign joint SSHE plan that meets PTTEP SSHE plan and Rig HSE Plans. o Support and guidance to the drilling rig team. o Responsible for all internal and external SSHE reporting and implementing protocols as required o Identify key areas of impact/concerns and provide remedies o Regularly monitor, inspect and audit performance of SSHE systems on the drilling rig o Ensure that all risks associated to HPHT Drilling campaign are met by the contractor o Maintain and improve safety performance for the drilling campaign o Communicate, implement and enforce Divisional and Departmental HSE Plan. o Communicate safety expectations with Drilling Contractors, Service Contractors and Project Teams. o Assist in verifying that Project Teams and Worksite are managing safety and health in alignment with Project SSHE Plan. o Coordinate SSHE Planning and SSHE Documentation with Drilling Contractors Management including bridging documents. o Provide SSHE technical support to line management. o Interface with Corporate SSHE to share lesson learn and best practices to optimize safety coordination. o Assist with identification / implementing relevant drilling SSHE training requirements. o Prepare and review end of Well Program SSHE reports, action tracking and closure. o Maintain Site HSE documentation and assist the Drilling Contractor’s HSE personnel. o Perform regular safety reviews on the Rig to assess the level of awareness and compliance by the Rig teams. o Assess the Drilling Contractor’s compliance with their Safety Management System. o Perform routine audits and HSE reviews around the Rig / equipment.

Develop and drive the implementation of HSE strategies and ensure effective implementation of HSE programs that include Work Program and Budget (WPB) throughout company to ensure compliance with HSE legislative requirement, industry practices and shareholders’ requirements. o Developed, Custodian and implemented Pexco’s HSE MS including establishing Pexco’s life savings rules, Pexco Emergency Response Procedure, Business Continuity Plan and all associated to Emergency Response readiness o Develop and drive the implementation of Pexco HSE Training Plan, HSE Training Matrix; including determining appropriate learning interventions for gap closure and enhancements, to achieve HSE performance targets o Ensuring that Pexco meets its regulatory and internal requirements and good international oil industry practice, maintained professional relations with key Pexco Stakeholders; government, law enforcement. EHS Awards / Achievement • North Malay Basin - Fully Start up w/o LTI (First Gas & Project Completion). • Oct 2017; PETRONAS “Excellence MPM Award for Safety, Health & Environment 2017” (>1 Million man-hours category - Top Quartile Safety Performance for Operator in Malaysia ( 3 years accumulative from 2014 - 2016) • Oct 2017; PETRONAS “Excellent MPM IOAIA Award for Gap Closure”. • From Feb 2017 - Led a team of 5 EHS professionals responsible for the implementation of a suit of global EHS Standards. Ensuring my team was also responsible for the capture, analysis and presentation of all EHS data for both Hess and Malaysian regulatory (MPM) reporting purposes as well as the analysis and trending of this data and generation of standardized intervention programs. Additionally, I oversaw the development and implementation of the annual EHS plan and manage all aspects of the Hess Malaysia Emergency Preparedness and Response program including ICS training for new response personnel and update of response plans ensuring continued alignment with the principles of ICS and overseeing Emergency Response exercises.

Successful implementation of these plan has resulted in Malaysia reaching its goal of top quartile EHS performance as measured against OGP peers that also resulted in received an EMAS Award by MPM HSE for the HSE Performance of 2014, 2015 and 2016. . o Acting temporary for 6 mths from June 2014 to February 2015, HSE Advisor roles for Drilling, Completions and Well Services activities: Review and develop contractual HSE Exhibit and HSE related documents (Bridging & SIMOP/TRIOPS document/Risk Assessment/HAZID); Facilitated the risk assessment and review of critical activities (rig move, rig up/down c/w marine activities, well intervention); support and monitor rig (Seadrill & Perisai Companies) HSE activities on daily weekly and monthly basis; inspection and pre-mob briefing to drilling and well services contractors (KL and supply base), including significant incident investigation; o Appointed as Hess Malaysia Bowtie Champion and to ensure of the implementation of Bowtie barrier concept is planned, implemented and embedded to operations o Hess Regional DROPS Lead o Championed Successfully implemented Based Safety Training (BBS) Program for Hess Malaysia that was conducted by BST o Designed, developed and implemented an enhanced Safety Observation Program for all operations within Malaysia. The program allowed sites to effectively capture safety observations, analyze safety observation data and trends and provided a forum for sites to establish local interventions to meet their specific site needs. This was particularly effective at decreasing injuries related to slips, trips, and falls, hand injuries, materials storage and housekeeping issues. o Implemented an enhanced Incident Reporting & Investigation Procedure across the entire Hess Malaysia business, resulting in a standardized approach to incident reporting and investigation and a significant reduction in time taken to identify root causes and share lessons from significant incidents. Action items arising from Lessons Learned are now systematically tracked to closure to ensure lessons are embedded in the business in a sustainable manner. o Designed and project managed the implementation of a Lifting and Hoisting Standardization and improvement program across all of Hess Malaysia assets. This involved leading a team of 4 Hess personnel and 1 external contractor. The result was a 45 % decrease in lifting related incidents and a 100 % decrease in lifting related High Potential incidents within the first six months of implementation. By working collaboratively with Hess Operations in Houston and on site, the program was fully implemented in a self-sustaining manner without any workforce resistance. This project short listed for the 2014 Hess Presidents Award for EHS Excellence and is now the Global Standard for all Hess. o Lead the Process Safety improvement project related to Energy Isolation. This involved leading a team of 6 Hess personnel and 1 external contractor which developed the visual standard for energy isolation planning and execution and making multiple presentations to senior leaders at VP and Senior VP level to obtain agreement on progress. Adoption of this Standard across the entire Hess Offshore organisation resulted in >65% reduction in energy isolation incidents and a 100% reduction in energy isolation High Potential incidents within the first 6 months. o Regional focal to lead the Process Safety improvement project related to Energy Isolation for Malaysia.

Structure programs to enhance company HSSE & Asset Integrity culture as well as promoting the Petrofac Core value of HSSE & Asset Integrity per Malaysian standards and in compliance with the Petrofac Integrated Energy Services (IES - Business Unit) & Petrofac group HSSE Frameworks, Guidelines & Standards. • Compliance with the Petrofac HSSE management system, international recognized standards such as OHSAS 18001 / MS 1722, PETRONAS Procedure & Guideline for Upstream Activity (PPGUA) and Petronas Technical Standard (PTS). • Develop, implement and monitor HSSE & Asset Integrity activity on all company premises and contractors working under the Petrofac systems • Analyze, develops, and implements activities to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all remediation efforts, align with HSSEIA Plan. • Maintain working knowledge of new technologies developed by the industry and government regulators • Provide adequate and continuous assessments of the HSSEIA capabilities of contractors, and to ensure that all contractual safety obligations are met. • Develop and maintain a high level of awareness and active personal involvement among all personnel through prevention and reporting of non-conformances • Develop HSSE partnerships with clients, suppliers/contractors and promote Petrofac HSSE leadership within the Industry. • Member of the Tender Committee
Reports directly to the Drilling Manager and dotted line to the HSSE Manager • Review /Development of Company’s HSEMS systems ensuring compliance with ISO14001 and with requirements. • Advising and supporting the Drilling Superintendent in HSE matters to ensure all drilling operations and activities are performed safely and in environmental friendly manner. • Develop Drilling Campaign HSE plan complying with Company’s HSEMS for initiatives to sustain commitment to HSE and assist line management efforts to maintain momentum in awareness promotion. • To monitor and follow up HSE strategic goals and objectives, program plans, evaluate and report performance against the plan. • Responsible for all internal and external HSE Reporting, and implementing reporting protocols • Identify key areas of impact/concern and provide remedies. • Review of Drilling Contractors HSEMS. • Produce Bridge documentation between Company’s and Drilling Contractors HSEMS systems.
To maintain HSE auditing expertise and ensure development and execution of the annual audit program. • Regularly monitor and audit performance of HSE systems at the well site. • Organize and Develop SIMOPS for drilling • Review on Drilling Rigs HSE Case • Review risk analysis, hazard assessment and emergency response of drilling • Co-ordinate and develop health, safety and environmental activities and identify HSE training needs in Company, 3rd Party and Contractors personnel • Lead incident investigation to evaluate the occurrence of incidents, illnesses, dangerous occurrences, occupational poisonings/diseases and emergency responses, and to ensure that corrective and preventive actions / controls are implemented as well as to analyze the cases statistically. • Regularly monitor and audit performance of HSE systems at the well site. • Ensuring the employees’ training / competency for HSE is completed, updated and recorded; • Evaluating job competency verification to affected employees related to HSE hazards and aspects.

Conduct of Weekly Safety Meetings, Safety Committee Meetings, Pre-Job Safety Meetings, Job Safety Analysis Meetings and Safety Committee Meetings on the rig. - To organize, coordinate, conduct all annual HSE Plan and in liaison with Talisman Energy Corporate HSE. - Conduct Drilling HSE Rig Inspection Domestic - Facilitate regular rig visit, inspection, audit, facilitate safety leadership workshop and monthly safety meeting (Safety leadership program involved analysis / survey of offshore rig crew’s safety behaviours, coaching to promote & stimulate safe working cultures; and onshore training/workshop with external consultant, e.g. through long term contract on contractor behaviour based safety program); - Prepare and disseminate HSE Alert to all drilling rigs. - Coordinate Tier-3 ERP Desktop Exercise for Offshore-onshore & lead the investigation for recordable incidents; - Investigation and analysis of accidents and incidents, and in the preparation of reports by using Tri-Pod Beta. - Conduct Hazard Effect Register (HER) for Drilling Rigs - Emergency Control Center (ECC) team member for drilling department - Conduct Inspection at all Vessel that work with Drilling Rigs - Organize hand and finger injury campaign for drilling rigs - Review on Drilling Rigs HSE Case. - Prepared and review Bridging Document for Drilling Rigs.
