•Ensues maintenance /operating materials and supplies are available as need to support line activities
•follow up with material supply organization to resolve immediate and long range material requirement

•Classify item (critical, semi critical and non-critical) according to their critically, value and movement
•Conducts technical review for ordered items
•Reorders for all materials required for all Mines thru Oracle Inventory.
•Determine the reorder point, EOQ, lead time, safety stock and service level.
•Create Annual reorder for high value items
•Cataloging items based on category, sub-category, noun, modifier and attributes.
•Review non-moving and slow moving items for better utilization
•Conduct cycle count to correct inventory record
•Minimize cost, minimizing inventory levels and maintaining high customer service level
