Responsibilities:
• Performing the estimation of property values for customers to assist banks in ascertaining values for hypothecation and mortgage in addition to facilitating loan approvals for clients in liaison with banks.
• Overseeing the processing of all property valuation and requests from individual customers, banks and companies as per their specifications.
• Marshaling researchers and staff, calibrating work schedules and ensuring that each assignment undertaken is completed on time as per established service standards.
• Guiding researchers deployed on the formulation of reports, verifying them for technical and factual accuracy in addition to providing for incorporation of additional data provided by the client during or post stages of valuation.
• Reviewing reports and recommending best format for presentation of the material valuations prior to submission to the Director of Administration, studying reports after obtaining feedback and adopting changes advised.
• Collaborating with banks and companies in the allocating of all finance related issues and overseeing the preparation of financial statements on a monthly basis.
