The aim of my phd entitled "Manufacturing of optical near field probes using sol-gel technology" is to manufacture a new type of SNOM probes with a new material based on sol-gel technology. To fabricate this micro-dimension probe we used Micro-nanotechnology like Photolithography (using laser writing and masking) and etching Technics. The material used is obtained by chemical synthesis. With this new type of probe we can limit the delicate optical alignment of SNOM microscopy.
