Currently part of the Design Team at Dar, preparing Design proposals, managing a team of 5 architects working on projects in Angola, Iraq, UAE and KSA. The scale of these projects range from 20, 000m up to 6, 000, 000m (largest project in Dar). Project programs are diversified, Museums, Government buildings ministries and police headquarters, Hotels, Malls, Train stations and residential buildings.
Manage the design team for undertaking high-end commercial, F&B and residential interiors.
Launched and owned my professional practice which provided design and project management consultancy for a period of three years. Managed a portfolio of high and medium-end residential with commercial projects ranging from 200 m² to 2000 m².
Responsible for residential interior and furniture design, managed timely delivery of high-end fit out projects and space exhibitions.

Overall responsibilities:
•Developed architectural designs and preliminary construction details for diverse projects.
• Worked closely with clients to define the project scope, design criteria, budget limitations and other future project initiatives.
• Developed BOQs, specifications and site supervision.
• Coordinated various project phases with in-house work groups and outside contractors within set cost and timelines and submitted periodic reports.
• Devised, monitored, analyzed, reported and revised the schedule by obtaining input from knowledge/technical sources in compliance with contractual obligations.
