- Implement showroom strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand traffic and increase conversion rates

Key Responsibilities:
- Buying:
Planning, selecting and purchasing products.
Monitoring market changes, competitors’ prices and products.
Analyzing past sales patterns to anticipate trends in consumer buying pattern.
Deciding on clearance sales and varying delivery schedules to help control stock levels.
- Sales Management:
Completing store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results. Maintaining store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Identifying current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers.
Formulating pricing policies and sales promotion by reviewing merchandising activities.
Managing and controlling stocks
Responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the effective running of the Store in order to ensure the highest standards of customer service are achieved and maintained.
