Duty: Architect responsible for designing new buildings, extensions or
alterations to existing buildings and advising on the restoration and
conservation of old properties. Working on public and private buildings,
and can be responsible for the design of the surrounding landscape and
spaces.
Manage relationships with clients, contractors, engineer in order to
established goals for a project.
Provide the required architectural design input including concept, project
proposal and detailed design.
Create a variety of exterior and interior architectural 3D models.
Prepare full detailed shop drawings required to execute the project.
Determine budget, project schedules and scope of work.
Attend meetings at various stages of the project.
Assist the construction supervision team.
Liaise other construction professionals like surveyors, engineers etc.
Extraction of Building Permits from government.
Coordination between all disciplines and departments to deliver the work
in its deadline.
Create project schedule and timeline.
Prepare Design offers, contracts and negotiate price with to clients.
Provide designs and samples of the solutions proposed.
submit reports to stakeholders on progress as needed well as problems
and solutions.
Implement and manage change to meet project outputs.
