Responsibilities:
● Develop the project cost control strategy, plans and procedures.
● Adhere to the segment financial, business and project processes.
● Address issues pertaining to project cost control procedures.
● Coordinate development and implementation of project work breakdown structure (WBS) / cost breakdown
structure (CBS) in concert with Project Lead and Project Planning/Scheduling Engineer.

● Coordinate and develop appropriate control budgets consistent with project estimate and WBS / CBS.

Responsibilities:
● Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including evaluation of monthly cost burn rate to
assess project expenditures versus project Estimate at Completion (EAC).
● Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of
milestone progress, etc.
● Assess project cost performance trends
● Ensure effective project implementation and utilize productive reports from the creation of WBS with the use
of project cost performance.
● Coordinate and work with the project team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the
task on time.
● Proficient in Earned Value Management.
● Assess impacts of change orders, workarounds and claims.
● Provide cost control and planning advice to the project team as and when required.
● Document and report identified performance issues and potential cost overruns.
● Support Risk Assessment.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and
claims from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and
properly recorded.
• Coordinate schedule from multiple contractors and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project
master schedule.
• Understand and able to utilize planning tools such as MS excel, Access and Primavera.
• Develop and update resource (manpower and equipment) histogram weekly or monthly as required.
• Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of
milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes, etc.
• Perform and manage project activity scheduling and monitoring.
• Approving and monitoring the progress of the project against allocated manpower.
• Evaluating the shortage or surplus of direct and indirect manpower resources on the site.
Developing cost control procedures.
• Creating projects budgets.
• Forecast of remaining quantities / costs (ETC).
• Preparing cash flows.
• Control and monitor material, equipment, and manpower costs.
• Issuing monthly cost status reports.
• Evaluate and measure works within contract scope to set invoices breakdown.
• Preparation of client invoices and claims.
