MY RESPONSIBILITY
Supervise and implement day to day Architectural Engineering and Finishing tasks and schedules on assigned projects ensuring on time and on quality completion of all QPM constructions on assigned site. Execute Architectural Engineering activities at project sites and enable QPM to deliver quality projects within plan and budget. Monitor the progress and activities of Consultants and subcontractors at project sites to ensure all project time, cost, and quality milestones are achieved as per project plan. Coordinate with project teams to enhance QPM solutions and its vision to be a world class PMC. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices and apply the same for continuous improvements at QPM .
SOS Children’s Village Khartoum
The project consists of preparation, detailed architectural and design stages for the three phases, the detailed design is part of a drive to achieve sustainable houses in the children’s village. Layout of 24 separate buildings includes family houses, aunt’s houses, mother houses, administration playfields and landscape. The areas of experience that I got 1- team building and leadership 2- quality control management 3-critical path project management 4-Estimation and job costing 5-Safety and compliance management.
• دراسة المخططات التنفيذية ( SHOP DRAWINGS ) والتفصيلية لأجزاء المشروع المختلفة وإبداء الملاحظات عليها ( إن وجدت ) واقتراح التعديلات المناسبة عليها واعتمادها .
• مراجعة ومطابقة المخططات المعمارية على جميع المخططات الأخرى ومراجعة الكميات الواردة بالعقد مع المخططات وتعديل ما يلزم 0
• التخطيط والإشراف العام ووضع البرامج والسياسات لتفادي أي تأخير في إنجاز المشروع .
• الإشراف على تنفيذ المشروع في مراحله المختلفة طبقاً للشروط والمواصفات والمخططات التنفيذية .
• التنسيق بين المقاول وصاحب العمل .
• متابعة تنفيذ البرنامج الزمني وتحديثه .
• عمل مشاريع ذات جوده عاليه ضمن الخطه والموازنه.
• الرفع للجهة الإدارية بأية مخالفات أو مشاكل تحدث أثناء التنفيذ .
• الأمر للمقاول بإزالة أي أعمال مخالفة وإعادة تنفيذها طبقاً للمخططات والمواصفات.
• متابعة تقديم المقاول للعينات والكتالـوجات قبل توريد المواد بفترة كافية تسمح بدارسة المناسب منها حسب العقد والمطابقة للشروط والمواصفات .

-Inspect the works as submitted and making comments in light of the relevant shop drawings, mock-up/s, material approval, material delivery, specifications and acceptance criteria..
- Meet potential clients and perform effective presentations.

Responsibilities on these projects are:
-Supervising work at site, Control activities, Monitoring progress and Labors charring.
-Checking the excavation works for acceptance.
-Back filling works & foundation.
