• Accounting:- Accounts Updating, Bank Reconciliation, Finalization, Preparation Financial statements, Balance Sheet, Inter Company Accounting and reconciliations, HR & Payroll, Fixed Assets & Project Accounting.
• Finance:- Cash Flow, Fund Flow statements, Banking & Project Finance
• Administration:- Office Administrations, Self-Correspondence, reports and other support service
• Logistics:- Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Bill discounting, Export - Import documentation.
• Management Reporting:- Monthly MIS, Financial planning, Analysis Financial and Cost Statement by department for variances & profitability analysis. Budget processing and forecasting.
• Supervise and monitor day to day Accounting operation.
• Ensuring timely deposit of cash in the bank
• Reviewing daily sales reconciliation and credit card reconciliation
• Review / Preparation of daily Journal Vouchers for all expenses with all supporting documents
• Checking and verifying Payroll and Staff related payments.
• Following up Accounts Receivables and preparation of ageing reports
• Calculation of Staff vacation pay and providing necessary information of personnel
