• Responsible for end to end recruitment & selection process for the company requirements.
• Screening applications through various sources, Assess candidates skills through preliminary interviews by telephonic and face to face interview, check competency and willingness to work for the deserving position then line up for further interviews.
• Deserving candidature with salary negotiation, Preparing gross salary and issuing offer letter after getting acceptance from candidate .Complete and monitor all formalities related selected candidates and cross check related documents .
• Responsible for taking induction & orientation of joined employees to make them familiar with nature of work, profile, services, company culture & company hierarchy, all functional activities, ethics and values, HR Policy etc .
• Identifying problems with new hires and coordinating to resolve. Maintaining employee database & personal files . Identifying training needs based on the requirements of an individual as well as organization and developing training programs.
• Created internal trainers to cater organization training requirement . Handlings all kind of employees queries and complaints . Responsible for ensuring a positive work environment for all the employee .
