Warehouse Responsibility:
• Planning & organizing incoming and outgoing Shipments at warehouse
• Verifying & taking tally of packing Lists/Delivery Notes of supplier to our P.O
• Ensuring the items are stored safely and securely in the proper location.
• Responsible for quality check and generate GRN & Issue Note, Packing list,
• Keeping stock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirements.
• Inventory control with accuracy and preparing reports of slow moving and non-moveable or scrap materials to management.
• Generating reports on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis
 Follow up Status of Purchase Orders & Sales Orders
 Work with Logistic Department for all inbound & outbound shipments
 Prepare work schedules, assign work and oversee execution.
 Ensure that orders arrive and dispatched on time to the correct destinations and in the right quantities.
• Responsible for arrangements of Transports for delivery of loading, unloading,
• Ensure that the material movement in warehouse will always have the proper
Document.
• Preparing documents for customs, gate passes. & control of documents.
• Ensuring the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment.
• Overseeing the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment
• Communicating with other departments, staff groups, supplier, customers, & shipping agents


• Ensure the procedures mentioned in ISO Quality Manual, other procedures and instructions issued from time to time will be implemented without fail
• Attending the internal and external audit for ISO & Finance Auditors
• Assist, prepare and provide all the details, records and information related to warehouse & product when required by seniors.
• To look after any area in warehouse as and when required
• Assist in staff evaluations and prepare vacation schedules
 Training staff and monitoring their performance and progress in Standard Operation Systems. Implement warehouse procedures as company policy.
Admin Responsibility:
 Independently handling all JAFZA related works
 Handling and manage portal account properly
 Applying visa for newly recruited employees and handling process of medical and visa stamping. Emirates ID, Employment card, Employment Contract. And Visa cancellation process.
 Taking care for renewal of all employees visa and other related documents on proper time without any fines or issues.
 Renewal of Trade License, MOH License, Dubai Chamber Membership, Fewa Membership, Custom Import-Export code, Plot Lease, Staff Accommodation Etc.
 Coordinate with EHS Officers for OFC and Payments and other related works.
 Take care of RTA related all works and maintenance works for company vehicles, Equipments, renewal registration.
 Keep safe and control of all confidential documents related to company and employees
 Handling all paper works for Embassy, MOH, Consulate, Notary Public, RTA and other Government office.
 Coordinate with Jafza approved Fire and safety and Service Company for Building safety equipments service and certificates.
 Coordinate with insurance company for Insurance of Warehouse and Office, Vehicles, Import and Export shipments.
 Coordinate with travel agency for air ticket booking and arrangements of pick and drop guest and employees to airport and hotels.
 Keeping records HR related documents of all employees and arrangements for Interview and meetings.
