Identification/ Selection of Steel Gratings in accordance to BS 4592/ NAAM MBG standards to suit with the Project requirements, preparation & submission of Sales Quote, Follow up & Price Negotiation until succeed
Preparation of Technical Submittal such as Product Catalog, Load Calculation for selecting the Gratings, Prequalification record to meet & take approval with the Project Owner, Consultants & Engineers
Handles a Team of Project coordinators for Site Surveying (If required), Identification of Steel Gratings in the Structure, Preparation of Detailed Shop drawings/ BOM accordance to BS 4592/ NAAM MBG standards to suit with the project requirements & Co-ordination with the Clients for Approvals
Assisting Production for executing the Job in terms of Initiation of Material Procurement, Detailed BOM, Shop Drawings, Steel Grating Schedule & Cutting Plan through a team of dedicated Project Engineers
To Track the Job & to keep the Project under the cost control
Manage the Contract Status & update to the client on timely basis
Manage the contracts from sctrach upto delivery & looking after sales services
Pushing the Sales Team & Production Team to meet the monthly targets assigned by the management
Dedicated Leader in succession of Projects such as IRP II Project, EMAL Phase II, RRE 7, Laffan Refinery DHT, Rabigh CP2 & CP3 (Running), etc.,
Act as a Engineering Incharge for Cable Management systems division for in succession of contracts such as Bourouge, EMAL Phase - II, Barakah Power Plant Project (Running) etc.,
• Understanding Customer drawings in all aspects and Preparation of Forging drawing which includes a Solid Model for Weight Checking, Providing Necessary Draft Angles, etc., & adopting BS, IS, FIA, DIN Standards for Forging
• Developing the Product by Designing Split Forging Dies, Trimming Tool (Simple or combined) for removing excess flash material, Hot or Cold Coining dies for Thickness and bend control for the product
• Initiating Cost cutting Methodologies such as Head forming design concepts, Insert design, Common holders for as-like jobs
• Managing Engineering changes with the use of DCR-RF
• Coordinating the entire Departmental activities & handling job related queries
• Initiating & Implementation of 5S techniques
• Handled a Team for Testing of FRP Tanks, Erection & Commissioning
• Handled Projects in Testing of Pipelines, erection & Commissioning
