JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment : Coordinating with other departments on vacancy requirements, Identifying & sourcing potential candidates, coordinating with agencies for bulk recruitment tasks, screening candidate profiles, organizing interviews, coordinating with Mandoop for relevant statutory employee documentation, employee onboarding, etc.
HR Operations : Payroll data updation including monthly attendance, medical leave, annual leave, salary, OT, incentives, bonus, other allowances, etc., employee work permit & residency renewals, employee salary certificate preparation, travel entitlements, kuwaitization dashboard, employee separation & termination processes including final settlements processing, service certificate, indemnity calculations & settlement, etc.
Administration : Ensure adherence to HR policy & procedures, maintain active & effective relations with business & management teams, participate & ensure effective dialogue in employee issues investigation, general administration & record keeping in compliance with Audit guidelines, updation and record keeping of HR documents like hiring, transfer, promotion, resignation and change management topics like position/grade changes, job title, levels, salary changes, etc.
