•Follow up with contractor& site managers the daily / weekly monthly progress and activities for all discipline by generating reports indicating all daily activities such as (RFI, NCR, MIR, etc…
•Create and import quality awareness within Proger and Contractors and identifying areas for improvement by generating site / location quality report weekly and monthly with the contractors and site management.
•Develop and maintain quality managements systems and procedures with contractors and site managements and promote, implements, maintain and audit quality improvements.
•To develop and apply Quality process and ensure a level of construction and project management that produces a Consistent standard of quality
•To ensure that all deliveries of our construction services are in accordance with the specified delivery and / or contractual requirements for our client.
•Identifying, reporting, investigation and resolving all non-conformance and taking action to prevent repetition of such problems.
