Direct Responsibilities:
• Communication with manufacturers to achieve projects procurements plan.
• Budgeting and scheduling operational and maintenance projects.
• Proposing and adjusting annual CAPEX for holding company plants.
• Contributing in projects design, BOQs and specification.
• Coordinating with END and CPD to follow up procurements status.
• Evaluating subcontractor’s invoices and their actual progress.
• Updating weekly actual progress in primavera.
• Coordinating for reinforcement concrete pouring.
• Preparing 2-weeks and 2-months look ahead schedules for construction activities.
• Contributing in make periodic Billings and invoicing for the project and cost calculations.
• Making daily production reports.
• Arranging manpower as plan required.
• Updating data base on SAP software.
• Purchasing consumable equipments. • Printing products tags.
• Managing the operation of whole lines.
• Making next day production plan.
• Coordinating with logistic department.
