• Manage credit operations in the bank including application, approval and collection with current credit sanction limit up to SR 10 million and up to SR 50 million signed with the line manager.
• Perform effective analysis of credit including worthiness of the applicant, loan structure, risk-return, applicant operating profile including historical data on P&L performance, present financial condition and cash flow.
• Review and ensure the credit scoring to assess risks, negotiate loan terms with new and existing customers, set and evaluate reasonable interest rates, and manage debt settlements & loan renewals by discussing with clients.
• Approve or reject loan requests, based on credibility and potential revenues and losses; making escalation analysis comment along with recommendation to higher committee.
• Maintain records of all loans, monitor loan payments/bad debts as well as maintain records of credit payments.
• Maintain the bank's credit risk within the limits of risk tolerance; assisted the bank in improving and developing the quality of credit applications.
• Ensure that all the credit policies are followed in all banking transactions; review existing corporate credit policies and procedures and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Develop and prepare spreadsheets to support analysis of new and existing credit applications; reconcile credit files and identify discrepancies and variances.
• Involved in audit and SAMA notes.
• Involved in digital transformation program of the bank to adopt new technologies and services across the bank.
• Led efforts to create a more cohesive and personal digital customer journey.
• Involved in High Potential Development Program aimed at training and inspiring the next generation of leaders through high potential programs.
