Responsibilities:
• Conduct a weekly schedule of location visits and follow ups to monitor and detect any deviation against the quality standards within the related sectors and random quality checks on SRFC related departments' operations to ensure compliance with SRFC quality policies and guidelines.

• Assist the TQM Manager in developing SRFC quality control guidelines, policies and procedures and to update any release of new versions of policies and procedures manuals.
• Ensure the implementation of the quality control objectives, plans, policies & procedures and assure they serve as basis for all the related live production operations.
• Report non-compliance with SRFC quality policies and guidelines to the TQM Manager along with recommended rectification actions.
• Archive all feedback reports and suggestion boxes in proper archiving places located in SRFC.
• Manage and supervise ongoing quality assurance plan for live production operations, and to monitor the quality and performance of suppliers to assure that the supplied raw materials and items meet SRFC requirements and standards.
• Following up and monitoring performance and all quality objectives in live production operations.
• Respond with urgency in trouble-shooting quality assurance issues that may arisein the livtion operations.
• Manage and supervise QA/VET laboratory to follow up with the lab technicians to ensure timely results are obtained, monitoring the report’s results and readings. Then to inform TQM manager and related personnel about any deviations.
• Identifies and records nonconformance and potential nonconformance and reports deviations to TQM manger.
• Review the inspection and tests of quality control inspectors and lab technicians as needed to ensure that all project operations adhere to the required quality standards.
• Monitor the live production operating results of the quality control function; compare them to established goals and objectives.
• Monitor vaccination procedure and schedules and implement al of precautionary measures and bio-security programs through inspectors and officers.
• Efficient contribution in the dispatch and deliveries of chicks form hatchery to farms and chickens from farms to PPL.
• Monitor water consumption & quality make sure that its quality specification are within the acceptable range.
• Perform basic investigative procedures that involve collecting, recording, organizing, and verifying the accuracy of data, perform calculations and prepare charts, graphs, and comparison reports about the quality of live production.
• Following up raised issues (Troubleshooting) of any deviations of quality standards.
• Train supervisors of related departments on product characteristics, attributes and quality Control testing procedures. Train Production employees on animal health policies and procedures, including but not limited to vaccination, humane euthanasia, bird handling, waste management, and disease monitoring, prevention and control.

تعتبر كلية الطب البيطري المؤسسة الفريدة من نوعها في إعداد الأطباء البيطريين المؤهلين للعناية بالثروة الحيوانية والحفاظ على الصحة العامة في القطر العربي السوري . بدأت فكرة إحداث كلية الطب البيطري في القطر العربي السوري منذ عام ( 1961 ) لكنها بقيت في حيز الدراسة النظرية إلى أن جاء المنهاج المرحلي الذي نص على ضرورة إنشاء كلية للطب البيطري تبعته دراسة تفصيلية لإنشاء هذه الكلية في الجمهورية العربية السورية . وفي عام ( 1969 ) أصدر المرسوم الجمهوري رقم ( 1840 ) القاضي بإحداث كلية الطب البيطري في حماه تابعة لجامعة حلب . وبتاريخ 14/9/1979 صدر المرسوم التشريعي رقم ( 44 ) القاضي بإحداث جامعة البعث ومقرها حمص وأصبحت كلية الطب البيطري كلية من كلياتها . تم اختيار مدينة حماه مركزاً للكلية لأسباب اقتصادية وجغرافية متعددة منها محاولة ربط العلم بالإنتاج وساعد على ذلك وجود مدجنة حكومية بالقرب من موقع الكلية ومحطتين لتربية الأبقار ومحطة لتربية الأغنام ومراكز لتربية الأسماك هذا إضافة إلى كثرة الثروة الحيوانية في المنطقة لتوفر المرعي الخصبة والظروف المناخية الملائمة لتربية الحيوانات من أغنام وماعز وأبقار وجمال وبنوعيات جيدة . وقامت جمعية دار العلم والتربية بحماه بإهداء بناء يكون مقراً للكلية فكان النواة الأولى لبناء الكلية وقد جرى توسيع رقعة هذا البناء فأصبح حرم هذه الكلية يشغل مساحة تقارب /38/ ألف م2 يضم قاعات ومدرجات تتسع لما يقارب ( 1500 ) طالب فيها المختبرات العلمية الحديثة والقاعات التدريسية المتطورة مما يجعلها الكلية الرائد في مجالها في منطقة الشرق الأوسط . وحالياً تم تنفيذ واستلام المرحلة الثالثة والأخيرة لأبنية الكلية وتشمل : ( المدرج الكبير – المكتبة – قسم التشريح المرضي – المسلخ – مخابر الدواجن والأسماك المطعم وقاعات الأنشطة الطلابية ) . أهداف كلية الطب البيطري : - إعداد الطلاب وتأهيلهم كأطبـــاء بيطريين مختصين في مختلف اختصاصات الطب البيطري وتزويدهم بمستوى عال من المعرفة في مجال اختصاصهم بما يواكب التقدم العلمي والتقنية الحديثة . - النهوض والمشاركة بالبحوث العلمية والدراسات المختلفة التي تسهم في التقدم العلمي التقني . - الإسهام في دورات التأهيل والتدريب المستمر للأطباء البيطريين . - تقديم الدراسات والاستشارات الطبية البيطرية بما يخدم المجتمع في القطاع العام والخاص والمشترك . الدرجات العلمية : تمنح كلية الطب البيطري الدرجات العلمية التالية : 1- درجـة إجـازة دكتـــــــور في الطب البيطري . 2- درجـة الماجستير في العـلوم الطبية البيطرية . 3- درجـة الدكتـوراه في العلوم الطبيـة البيطرية . النشاط العلمي : - تهتم كليـة الطب البيطري بتــقديم العلوم والمعارف في مجال أمراض الحيـــوان وصحة الغذاء المنتج من أصل حيواني ، وصحـــة البيئة وبالتالي الصحة العامـــة والأمراض المشتركة بين الإنسان والحيوان . - تقوم الكلية بإنجاز الأبحاث العلمية في مجالات تقصي الأوبئـة والأمراض ومشاكل الخصوبة عند الحيوانات والأمراض المعدية المشتركة بين الإنسان والحيوان ، إضافة أبحاث في مجال صحة وسلامة الغذاء من مصادر حيوانية وأبحاث تهدف إلى إنتاج أغذية خالية من الملوثات وتعتمد التغذية الصحية للإنسان وأبحاث في تطوير الثروة الحيوانية والتحسين الوراثي وتحنيط الحيوانات لأهداف تعليمية. - وتعد كليــة الطب البيطري وحيـــــدة من نوعها في سورية وهي المســؤولة عن تأهيل وإعـــــداد الأطباء البيطريين وتساهم في حـــل مشاكل الثروة الحيوانية في سورية بالتعاون مع الوزارات المعنية
