1. I managed the relationship with external suppliers on behalf of the Global Digital Team. I am the Account Manager for two corporately approved eMail Marketing solution providers, Constant Contact and Campaign Monitor.

2. Support Corporate Digital roll-out programme in setting up enewsletters on British Council country websites.

3. I have created a Management Information Systems using EXCEL and with links to the commercial platforms. This MIS is shared with the digital leadership team to help report and analyse the performance of our global eMail Marketing activity from country, regional and global perspectives.

4. Quality Control in Email Marketing:
• Check performance of accounts through usage data; checking content, language, branding, standards
• Ensure Email Marketing service is supporting users delivering the right message to the right people and it is an integral part of the council’s marketing tools.
• Advise users how best to keep the mailing lists healthy
• To ensure our templates comply with the British Council's standards

5. Carrying out an audit for all accounts:
• For every account, what contact details are captured on the subscribe form
• Create an analytic chart listening every account data captured
• Report on accounts for advice
