Responsibilities:
o Making the Production plan of Monthly, weekly and Daily of all the production processes with the Customer requirements with regards to quality, process and productivity targets enclosed in QOS - “QCDISME”.
o Tracking the completion of plan against actual on a daily basis for control in all the production and planning process.
o Inculcating a Quality Culture and following all procedures as per ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001 and maintaining all documentation as required.
o Tracking the FG, WIP and RM on a daily basis in the work place and in the process to ensure completion of the plan.
o Daily delivery plan as per Automotive OEM requirements. Developing new planning methods to meet the requirements of new and existing customers.
o Achieving ‘A’ grade in ALL Customer Audits.
o Involving in Departmental CFT’s for feasibility studies and customer APQP
Responsibilities:
o Shift Management & controlling the manpower and operations as per the Planning.
o MRP result analysis and planning for sub assemblies to be produced for stock in advance, Stock/requirement evaluation.
o Giving production order printout to shop floor and doing confirmations at Electrical operations level.
o Order BOM configuration according to the characteristics selected in sales order (related to variant configuration).
o Control to reduce the Material Loss in the shop floor.
o Day to Day Co-ordination with plant with respect to raw material availability & dispatches.
o To issue proper Instruction & Schedule to shop floor and to take proper steps so that the job is executed in scheduled time.
o Coordinating with the Technical service & Customer support team for achieving the sales targets as per the customer’s requirements in excellent quality.
o Assist in carrying out the Month End Inventory of WIP in timely & accurately.
o Well versed in Manpower Controlling, coordinating with the concerned departments for the smooth running of production line etc.
o Engineering selection and preparation of Engineering Electrical drawings.
o Training to customers and service engineers.
