• Resource and Materials management
• Monitor and coordinate work performed by field staff and constructions firms; ensuring that project operations comply with design specifications, established performance and delivery criteria and that client requirements are being met.
• Management of project budgets and fiscal controls, planning, contract and quality control provisions.

• Perform cost estimation and value engineering; administer all aspects of day to day management of projects.
• Using the (E.R.P) system “SAP” for controlling and monitoring the cost and materials.

• Placement of orders to suppliers & follow up material delivery.
• Using SAP (E.R.P software) for ordinary materials, follow up the delivery and generate invoices.
• Design the SCADA/DCS projects including panels.
• Managed the complete design of BMS projects including DGPs, MCCs panels & field devices selection.
• Placement of orders to suppliers and follow up material delivery.
• Successful execution of BMS Projects; These include;
Commissioning of panels
Supervision of installation
Programming of controllers
Handing over to the clients
